2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and agree to these Terms of Service, and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
3. Our Products
We sell calcium-buffered, compressed coco coir products for horticultural use, including coco coir bricks and a range of plant-specific peat-free growing media mixes. Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to the natural origin of coco coir.
We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Ordering
By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding contract is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a pricing error has occurred or if we are unable to fulfil the order. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK standard rate of 20%. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; however, the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place your order.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details. A valid VAT invoice will be issued for every order.
6. Delivery
We offer free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses on all orders. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are provided in good faith, but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (for example, carrier delays or adverse weather).
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@blueapple.uk.com.
7. Returns and Refunds
As a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing at sales@blueapple.uk.com within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using your original payment method.
Products must be returned unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the goods have been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
For faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

All content on blueapplegarden.co.uk, including text, images, logos, the BLUE APPLE trade mark (UK00004219065) and product descriptions, is the property of Blue Apple Garden Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Apple Garden Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Your Statutory Rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
